Scope: This article will show you how to configure setting up Volen Center email signatures. All Volen Center employees are required to have Volen Center email signatures.

Process: Utilizing Outlook on Microsoft 365, the end-user will add the email signature image (provided by MIS/IT) and required verbiage.
Adding an Email Signature Using Outlook Online
- Navigate to Outlook Online. Click Settings (gear icon); search Email signature and select the text.
- Select New signature.
Adding an Email Signature Using the Outlook Desktop Application
- Open the Outlook desktop application.
- Select File, then Options.
- Select Mail, then select Signature.
- Select New, add an email signature name and select OK.
- Under Edit signature, add the provided image and required verbiage. Make sure New messages and Replies/forwards have the newly created signature in the corresponding fields. Select OK to save.
